Our Story

With over 15 years of experience in food industry, two engineers set out to create a healthy fruit snack that is as delicious and nutritious as the fruit it comes from.

Having been located in one of the most fertile land, we are proud to use local produce of the highest quality. We are also close to Izmir, a city port, where we can manage export orders in an efficient way.

At Aztek, we believe in quality ingredients, healthy choices and great customer service. Our close-knit team plays a part in every single bag that we make.

Food Safety and Quality

Providing a high-quality, safe, and reliable product is our number one priority. We take great care to ensure the quality and food safety of our products. We manufacture our products with constant supervision. Our team undergoes constant food safety education and training.

Our products are air-dried and made without any preservatives. Our process includes inspections of both incoming raw product and outgoing final products. Our internal Quality Assurance team and several third-party inspectors conduct these inspections. Our raw materials and finished products are compliant with standard food safety and quality standards.

Our commitment to food safety includes providing products that are safe for those with food allergies. Our products are peanut and tree nut free. They are also dairy free, gluten and wheat free, and soy free.

A: They are 100 percent real fruits and vegetables, peeled, sliced and gently air-dried into a light, flavorful chip-like "crisp" - all made with no additives or preservatives. Our crisps contain zero grams of fat.
A: Yes, our products are 100% peanut/nut free. Our manufacturing plant is a 100% peanut/nut free facility.
A: We aim to give people easy access to natural, healthy snacks that are truly delicious. We only use 100% natural ingredients and absolutely nothing else. We source our fruits and vegetables fresh in season all year round from small dedicated farmers and growers to make sure you get the very best taste and none of the bad stuff like sulphites and added sugars. We want to help people replace fatty, sugary snacks with delicious natural goodness.
A: Water in food, which is not bound to food molecules, can support the growth of bacteria, yeasts and molds (fungi). The level of this water is being lowered during our air drying process to the right amounts, so we can make pure snacks without any nonsense ingredients. We also don't use concentrates which have much higher sugar levels and contain less natural goodness.
